At SO. by Sora, each piece is unique and carefully curated. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of pre-loved treasures, most items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We encourage clients to review all product images, descriptions, and condition details carefully before completing a purchase.

At SO. by Sora, each piece is unique and carefully curated. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of pre-loved treasures, most items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

By purchasing from SO. by Sora, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature or consumption.

2. Goods may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with the sales terms of the platform/vendor.

3. The customer must complete any return or exchange request within seven (7) days of receiving the item.

4. All fees paid are final and non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise by the platform.

5. Any approved refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Customers are not entitled to a refund based on dissatisfaction with service or product, unless there has been a material breach by the platform or vendor.

7. If SO. by Sora cancels an order before it has been shipped, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
