SO. by Sora Saud is a platform that makes it possible for our customers to buy and sell pre-loved authentic pieces.
Do you have a physical store where I can come?
Yes! We have a store where you can walk-in for a personal shopping experience and browse over an assortment of unique items.
We are located at Saad Square, King Khalid Rd, Hittin, Riyadh 13518.
Are all the items in the SO. by Sora Saud boutique used?
All our items are unique pre-loved pieces that we wish to give a new story to.
How do I register/ sign up?
Signing up is very easy. Click on “register” and enter the required details.
I have a problem logging in?

How do I track my order?
You may track your order under “Order History” in your account and a tracking number has been sent to your email after you have completed your purchase.
Can I change my address after an order is shipped?
It is pretty unlikely to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped.

Change of payment method under any circumstances is not available.
I have received the wrong item, how do I cancel?
