SO. by Sora Saud generally does not confirm and ship the order until after we have received approvals from our third-party partner authentication services who verify your credit card details and account.

SO. by Sora Saud may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings with our partners. In such cases, SO. by Sora Saud may cancel such orders if an item is unavailable, and make a full refund if the order has been paid for. The placement of an order does not guarantee the delivery of an item.
