Who is SO by Sora?
Founded in 2018 in Riyadh, SO. by Sora is a curated boutique dedicated to giving pre-loved luxury and unique items a new journey. Our mission is to combat excessive consumption by extending the life of beautiful pieces and bringing awareness to sustainable fashion within Saudi culture.
While we started with designer fashion, our collection has expanded to include bags, shoes, clothes, jewelry, watches, art, antiques, and other unique art pieces. Every piece has a story, and we invite you to start yours here.
How does it work?
We source unique pieces from trusted consignors, authenticate and professionally present them, then list each item online and in our Riyadh boutique. Because items are one‑of‑a‑kind.
What does “pre‑loved” mean?
“Pre‑loved” means previously owned and cared for.
We authenticate every piece, verify materials and construction, and grade its condition .Any signs of wear are photographed and noted so you can buy with confidence. Choosing pre‑loved keeps beautiful items in circulation and supports a more sustainable way to enjoy luxury.
Are all items pre-loved?
Most are pre‑loved, occasionally we list New pieces when available. Each product page clearly states the condition and includes detailed photos and measurements.

How does my purchase give back?
Every order supports our community. We donate 2% of our share from every sale to Ahyaha, a Saudi non‑profit. Some consignors also choose to donate a portion of their proceeds our 2% still applies.
If you’d like to add a voluntary top‑up donation, Customer Care can assist. (No extra is added to your total unless you request it.)
Authenticity & Condition
Are your items authentic?
Yes, authenticity is the cornerstone of our brand. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit items. Our verification process includes:
- Expert Inspection: Our team meticulously inspects each item for brand-specific details, quality, and craftsmanship.(materials, hardware, stamps/serials, construction)
- Advanced Authentication Tools: We use Advanced AI Verification services to provide a technologically-backed guarantee.
What if an item turns out not authentic?
In the extremely unlikely event of a substantiated authenticity issue, we will provide a full refund including original shipping after our review. Your trust is paramount.

How do I place an order?
Add the item to your cart, enter your shipping address and contact details, then complete checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We are pleased to accept a variety of local and international payment methods to make your checkout process seamless. We accept:

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We process all payments through Shopify, a trusted global e commerce platform. Your card details are encrypted and handled through secure payment gateways, so they are not shared with us in plain form.
All sensitive information is protected in line with international security standards, so you can complete your purchase with confidence.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, item category, and chosen service.
As a general guide:
KSA: 1 to 3 business days
GCC: 2 to 5 business days
International: 3 to 7 business days, with remote areas sometimes requiring extra time.
You will see the final cost and estimated delivery date clearly before you confirm your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been finalized and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use that link directly in your email or visit our Tracking Page at any time to see the latest shipping updates and delivery status.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes in‑boutique pickup is available for paid online orders. Bring your order confirmation and ID.
Large or high‑value items
Select pieces may require white‑glove delivery or extra insurance. We’ll contact you to coordinate if needed.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our online store is powered by Shopify, a globally trusted and secure e-commerce platform. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway using industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial information.
International duties & taxes
Orders outside KSA are typically shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. We’ll reach out if your customs authority requires ID or additional documentation.
Sizing, Photos & Try‑Ons
Is everything I see online available in the Riyadh boutique?
Our full collection is available online. In the boutique, we present a rotating selection of highlights.
If you would like to view a specific piece in person, send us the item name or SKU before your visit. When possible, we prepare a same day preview or place a 24 hour courtesy hold.
Every online item can also be purchased through the boutique. We complete the purchase in store and arrange collection or delivery for you.

Do you provide measurements?
Yes. We include key measurements on each product page.
For clothing, we recommend comparing the listed measurements to a similar piece you already own.
For bags, you can review the internal capacity notes when they are available.

Can I request extra photos or a video?
Yes. If you would like a closer look at a piece, contact us on WhatsApp or email. When possible, we share additional photos, close ups and a short condition video so you can see the details clearly.

Can I try items on?
Yes, at the boutique. To avoid disappointment with one‑of‑a‑kind items, you may request a 24‑hour courtesy hold (subject to availability) for an in‑store try‑on.
Accounts, Privacy & Security
Do I need an account to buy?
No, but creating an account lets you save favorites, track orders, and access order history.
I can’t log in, what should I do?

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because our pieces are pre‑loved and single‑SKU, most sales are final. However, your trust comes first—please review the limited exceptions below.
Are sales final?
Yes. Because each piece is pre loved and one of a kind, purchases are generally final, and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or personal preference.
Limited exceptions for issues such as wrong item, major undisclosed defect, or authenticity concerns are outlined in the section below.

If any of the following happen, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review your case
- You received the wrong item
- There is a material misdescription or a major defect that was not shown on the product page or photos
- You have a concern about authenticity
We stand behind our authentication. If an authenticity issue is confirmed, you will receive a full refund.

Exchanges
Because each piece is one of a kind, we’re not able to offer direct item for item exchanges.
In limited approved cases, we may accept a return and issue a refund to your original payment method once the item is received and confirmed in its original condition.
Cancellations
We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If SO. by Sora cancels an order before shipment, any payment collected will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
